DELIVERY INFORMATION
Shipping Rates:
We want your order arrives as soon as possible and depending on the urgency you have offer various transportation systems to adapt as much as possible to your needs. All shipping options are automatically calculated and are visible in the process of your order.
The best way to receive an accurate shipping quote is to add the items you wish to order to your basket – a delivery estimate will be generated as you shop. Please note that some items such reater weight or size are very bulky; such orders can incur extra delivery costs, and we will get in touch to discuss these if it will affect you.
The manufacturing process order is not included in the shipping time. Manufacturing and packaging begins once payment confirmed, never before.
Packaging
All our works are carefully packed and protected previously free tissue paper acid to remain in optimum condition without any friction.
They sent by size, flat or rolled especially for shipping tube format. For mailings can not exceed 95 cm product by either side.
Restrictions
There are certain items that cannot be shipped internationally for health and safety reasons, or due to their size or weight. Customers will be contacted regarding these items – occasionally there are specialist couriers that can be utilised to help you get your goods. Orders over 1,4 metres cannot be shipped to European addresses, and this is reduced to 1 metre for the rest of the world.
